Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges or returns. 

We provide a list of ingredients for every product. Please be sure to check for any possible allergens or essential oils that you are sensitive to before ordering. We understand that each person has a unique preference in scents and textures. However, as a small business we cannot offer returns or exchanges for a dislike of scents, textures, or colors. 

Our products are made without preservatives, additives, sulfates, parabens, artificial dyes, and fragrances. We use high quality ingredients that we use in our own home on our own family.

Due to the nature of some of our tallow-based products there is a risk of them arriving in a melted or liquid state. Don't worry, the product is still effective and can be placed upright in the refrigerator, and it will solidify. Then just store in a cool dry place, and you're all set. By purchasing, you agree to the possibility of them arriving in this state. The quality of the product will remain intact even if the consistency that it arrived in was different than expected.  Refunds will not be issued based on consistency upon arrival.
